Rick & Tim have been collaborating in the building industry since 1998. After meeting in 1998 while working for the Nelson Building Company Rick and Tim went steps further to pursue other ventures. Rick partnered with Rick Westmoreland and Joe Duffey to form a very successful building company know as Liberty Homes Inc.  while Tim carved his niche in the design business. TW Skinner Designs has been the exclusive designer for Liberty Homes, Arrowhead Homes Inc. and many others.
